As a foreigner buying our first property in Rochester, we certainly had many questions that need to be addressed. Thankfully, we managed to find Esther and Jack from the internet. They were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Even while we communicated only via email and occasional overseas phone calls, they were always on the ball and replied very promptly with detail. Prior to our arrival, Jack Kronenberg constantly updated us with the latest properties available for sale. I also remember talking briefly with Esther Lafontaine about opening a bank account in US. Before I know it, she had already arranged for someone from the bank to contact me.
