Kim Tran was born in Saigon, Vietnam. Having survived the war, Kim escaped as one of the Vietnamese boat people. She was rescued on the China Sea by a Norwegian ship;that led to the next chapter in her life as a banker in Norway. After 20 years in that country, she decided to take her family to the United States.

Kim moved to Rochester, raised her children and became a very successful business owner. Employing her considerable personal,financial and marketing talents,Kim has carved out a strong niche in a very competitive marketplace for the business she owns.

She has now decided to build on her previous success and use her talents to serve home buyers. As a licensed real estate professional with Exclusive Buyer Realty, Kim Tran serves a diverse group of clients- both first-time home buyers as well as people moving up to their dream homes.
